Travel expenses
If you live outside London/M25 this is not usually a problem as our stylists are happy to travel for wardrobe, make-up and hair sessions. However we do need to charge minimal travel expenses. These are based on 20p per mile if driving, or a standard train fare. We normally ask that you pay the stylist the agreed travel expenses directly on the day of your experience.
We do also have stylists based in the North and the South West of England so travel expenses are worked out from where they are based when necessary.
If you are buying our services for yourself
Once you have bought or booked your session(s) we will liaise with you to arrange a convenient date(s). You will receive full details by email including background forms to complete and return to us. Your stylist(s) will call you prior to the session(s) to introduce themselves.
If you are buying our services as a gift for someone
Once you have bought a session(s) as a gift for someone we will send you the gift voucher in the post. The lucky receiver of the gift will then need to contact us to arrange a suitable date for the session.
Stylist assistants
Stylists may bring an assistant stylist with them to Wardrobe Warrior and Style Shopper sessions. This is at no extra cost to you and will ensure you get the most out of your sessions. However, if you would prefer that they didn't please just let us know.
