TV Nicky Hambleton-Jones' NHJ Style Academy team of professional personal stylists design and deliver tailored training and development programmes for retailers of all sizes. We specialise in educating in-store personal shoppers and sales assistants on personal styling techniques and customer service excellence.

Our team of top personal stylists have extensive experience training staff in the retail environment. Our Styling Training Courses

We design bespoke retail training programmes targeted to your specific requirements and working with your numbers and time available.

Our courses vary in length and content from a 5 day intensive personal shopping training course to a 1 or 2 day fashion retail sales assistant styling course.

All our training sessions are interactive and motivational to encourage a passion for fashion, sales and customer service.

Each training programme contains a number of modules which will be tailored specifically to your retail business such as the following:

Retailers We Work With

We work with retailers who want to improve the quality of style advice from their personal shoppers and fashion retail sales assistants. Including those looking to launch a personal shopping service.

We have recently completed a project with Debenhams where we trained and developed their new personal stylist team and service at their flagship store on Oxford Street. Read Debenhams Press ReleaseRead NHJ Style Press Release.

We were responsible for evaluating their current service and team and developing a best practice model for the new personal stylist service. Based on our findings we then designed a bespoke training programme to ensure every member of the team had the skills to provide a consistently excellent level of service. We work with Heathrow and started by developing their in-house exclusive personal shopping service from scratch. We were responsible for identifying ideal candidates from Heathrow's existing customer experience team, training and developing the team to be personal shoppers, and managing the team until a suitable candidate was found. We continue to provide seasonal trends training as well as ongoing bespoke training and development for all members of the team - new and existing.
