Validity

All gift vouchers for our personal styling services are valid for six months from date of purchase. All Tramp2Vamp! Gift Vouchers are still valid as per the date on them.

Refunds

If the person you give the personal styling gift voucher to finds it unsuitable we are happy to refund you up to 28 days from the date of purchase less a £25 admin fee.

Arranging Sessions

The receiver of the personal styling gift voucher will just need to call us on 0845 430 9388 or email us and we will arrange the rest.

If the receiver of the personal styling gift voucher lives outside of London this is not usually a problem as our stylists are happy to travel for wardrobe, make-up and hair sessions. However, we do charge travel expenses for these sessions. These are either paid to the personal stylist on the day or you may prefer to pay the travel expenses upfront for the person you are buying a gift for. If this is the case please inform our client managers in advance.

"I have to admit I was skeptical when my wife bought me a Total Revamp for Christmas! However, after a couple of hours of my stylist checking out my wardrobe we had filled several bin bags with old trousers, shirts and "trendy jumpers" that I had been keeping because I was sure to wear them again one day. I was also impressed that the stylist worked hard to get to grips with the styles that I would feel comfortable in and put together some combinations that really worked well.

The shopping session was equally effective as she knew what sort of look was going to work for me. I was predictably late because of an overrunning meeting. When I got to the shop she had already put together 7 or 8 different outfits and had the head assistant running around getting more clothes in the right size. I had tried them all on, liked lots, discarded some, had some pinned up for alterations in about an hour.

We then went to three other shops, all within a 5 minute walk, to fill the gaps that remained in the wardrobe. Again very efficient. She clearly knew what styles were in what shops and went straight to the clothes that worked so we spent no longer than 15 minutes in each shop.

All in all it worked brilliantly. I wear all of the clothes that we brought, I have been back and bought more and I will definitely do it again next season. Thank you."
